Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing and Facilities Administrator:
7. Act as the main point of contact for property and estates enquiries
8. Support senior management by providing detailed information on land interests, interpreting land-related documentation, and maintaining records accurately
9. Manage electronic and paper recording systems for estates management
10. Conduct research on land interests, accessing historical records and Land Registry databases
11. Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, partners, contractors, and suppliers
12. Coordinate property repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and managing related purchase orders
13. Schedule routine service calls and reactive repairs
14. Conduct annual contractor approvals
15. Conduct site visits as required
16. Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records related to property and process invoices
Experience required of the Conveyancing and Facilities Administrator:
17. Experience in property or estates management, including residential or commercial property administration
18. Understanding of the charity sector in relation to land (desirable)
19. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and third parties
20. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and experience with database management.
21. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
22. Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with issues.
