Job Description
Receptionist / Welcome Host for a multi-occupied office building in Central London, responsible for managing visitor bookings, liaising with the client to report maintenance issues, welcoming guests and visitors. You will implement concierge services and create a lasting impression for all visitors to the building. Working as part of a team of three, you will be the face of the building, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere through your interpersonal skills.
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Qualifications
Knowledge or previous experience in a receptionist / Front of House role would be ideal. A good customer service background (hotels or similar), high organisational skills, and attention to detail. Experience working in a small team is preferred.
