Our client is actively inviting experienced Theatre Clinical Practice Facilitators to apply.
The World’s largest private hospital group; providing award winning acute and complex care.
In this role, you will ensure the Theatre team is supported in maximizing their potential in the Perioperative environment. This will be through facilitating and assessing competencies, identifying learning needs gaps, and putting structures in place to meet those learning needs. Specific responsibilities include: staff education, audit, implementation of best practices, and incident review.
The theatre team comprises Consultants and Practitioners who have vast experience and knowledge across a range of specialties. There are many complex procedures carried out daily across various acute specialties, including Gynae & Obstetrics, as well as general and paediatric surgery.
Skills & Experience
* An expert within the perioperative environment with previous educational experience and a proven track record of managing change.
* Possession of a first-level degree/equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience working in the perioperative environment, with at least 1 year of experience in an educational role.
* Registered with either NMC or HCPC.
