About the role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Global Accounts Payable Manager and the broader Finance Department in various aspects of financial management and reporting. This role is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic finance team in Malvern, where you’ll contribute to critical financial processes and play a key role in driving operational efficiency.
What you will bring to the role:
1. Maintain treasury and expense systems company-wide
2. Reconcile intercompany, bank, and loan accounts
3. Manage bank accounts, signatories, and credit cards
4. Process daily cash and loan transactions in ERP systems
5. Handle group cash netting and cash flow hedging submissions
6. Post to the general ledger and fulfill divisional reporting needs
7. Support internal and external audits
8. Streamline processes through lean activities
9. Update internal procedures and best practice guides
10. Assist with new business processes and systems
11. Impact company efficiency, profitability, and cash flow/working capital
About you:
* Confident, proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent analytical abilities and data interrogation skills
* Self-motivated with effective prioritization skills and a collaborative approach
* Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines
* Proficient in Excel, including formulas
* Knowledge of treasury systems and processes
* SAP experience and foreign language skills are a plus, but not required
