We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Surveyor who is willing to take on varied and challenging tasks. You will be expected to support regeneration activity, manage the Council's land and property assets as part of the Commercial Property Portfolio; assist in the sale and acquisition of land and property; and provide a range of duties aligning outcomes with the Council's Strategic Asset Management Plan. This role includes a day release to university to obtain a degree which is RICS accredited and then leading to obtaining MRICS status.
