Are you passionate about helping students and graduates succeed in their careers?
Do you enjoy resolving queries and providing excellent customer service?
If so, this role in the Student Futures team at Teesside University may be for you.
This is an exciting time to join a vibrant, growing team focused on driving forward a holistic, student-centred approach to delivering employability activities. Having launched our new Access and Participation Plan and recently won the Targetjobs National Recruitment Award for Best Employability Strategy 2024, the team works collaboratively with colleagues, employers, and our community to deliver our vision.
The job involves playing a key role in the provision of accessible careers information that exceeds the needs of students, graduates, employers, and broader university staff. We are not fixed on the successful candidate having experience of working in a Careers Service or having extensive administration experience. We are however fixed on seeking an individual who is passionate about contributing to the success of our students and graduates, our team, and also continuously developing their own knowledge and skills.
Does this sound of interest? If so, we look forward to receiving your application. For any informal enquiries please contact e.bourke@tees.ac.uk.
Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
Please note that the University may ask you to participate in a number of selection activities as part of the recruitment process for this vacancy. If you are shortlisted, your interview will take place on Campus. Interviews will take place on 29 April 2025.
