Role Overview As CFO, you will be a critical member of the leadership team, overseeing all financial operations and strategy as the business expands. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the companys growth trajectory and long-term exit goals. Your strategies should support both immediate financial objectives and long-term vision. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and forecasts. Develop detailed financial models to analysebusiness performance and identify growth opportunities. Capital & Cash Flow Management: Manage working capital, cash flow, and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively to fuel growth. Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead the financial due diligence, integration, and valuation processes as part of the exit strategy. Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with baks and funders, providing regular updates on the companys financial health and growth potential. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team to ensure the companys financial operations are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Adaptability: As CFO, you must be adaptable and resourceful in finding solutions, ensuring the company stays on course even in times of change. Communication with Stakeholders: As a leader, you will be responsible for clearly and effectively communicating financial information to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the company.
