The ideal candidate must also effectively extend these skills to the young people’s families/carers and professionals.
This post is based in one of our Residential Homes that care for children who are looked after by the local authority and those on the edge of care.
The overall aim of the Registered Manager is to manage, develop, deliver, and be responsible for services to young people in one of the Service’s Children’s Homes, acting as a Corporate Parent for Children Looked After. The Registered Manager will ensure that young people are nurtured, happy, healthy, and safe from harm, enabling them to develop, thrive, and fulfill their full potential.
