We are working with a leading law firm on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join them as Interim Head of People Operations.
You will be responsible for improving people experience across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including driving change and redesigning and streamlining processes, with the overall aim of enhancing efficiency and improving people experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Enhance and evolve the People Operations function, providing strategic and operational leadership across the team.
* Ensure all day-to-day, regular, and/or cyclical operational delivery across the people teams run effectively, efficiently, and with continuous improvement at the forefront.
* Ensure people operations teams and systems continue to operate efficiently.
* Build on and develop strong foundations to support the people partnering leads in delivering strategic and commercial programmes.
The ideal candidate will have gained the following key skills:
* Essential strategic HR operations experience, including experience of leading multi-functional people operations and advisory teams.
* Relevant experience in change management.
* Experience of developing and presenting business cases to Executive level stakeholders.
* Strong ability to build trust and work collaboratively with all levels, in a fast paced environment.
