Your new role
As an Interim Business Analyst, you will be involved in a variety of tasks aimed at improving our business processes and supporting key projects.
Your day-to-day activities will include working closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
You will evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas that need improvement and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
In addition, you will analyse data to uncover trends and patterns that can inform business decisions, and create detailed documentation such as business requirements documents, process maps, and use cases.
A significant part of your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels. You will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered successfully. Additionally, you will utilise your data modelling skills to support the analysis and solution design process and engage with clients to ensure their requirements are clearly understood.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
This is a client-facing role, and excellent interpersonal skills are imperative.
Experience with Data Modelling would be preferred.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, and a background in data modelling are also important.
Must be able to demonstrate examples of experiencing customisation of a product.
