Occasional travel to other offices may be required.

The Role:
As a Campaign Manager, you will report to the Head of Existing Customer Marketing and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and communications programs for Vanquis' existing customer initiatives.
As a Campaign Manager, you will:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the marketing strategy for existing customer programs.
* Campaign Management: Oversee multiple concurrent marketing initiatives across various business lines.
* Budget Ownership: Manage budgets, driving positive ROI.
* Channel Expertise: Lead activity across diverse channels.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external providers.
* Performance Insights: Regularly report on campaign metrics.
* Compliance Focus: Ensure all activities meet regulatory requirements.

* Proven experience in a marketing or commercial environment.
* Expertise in managing channels like direct mail, email, SMS, and CRM platforms.
* Strong project management and creative development skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of financial services marketing.
* Ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
* Exceptional campaign and budget management skills.
* Advanced knowledge of segmentation and compliance processes.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Effective communication and influencing skills.
* A collaborative approach with a track record of driving cross-functional success.
The interview process:
* 30-minute call with Talent Acquisition.
* Up to 1 hour technical and competency-based interview with the Hiring Manager.
* 30-minute presentation with our Senior Manager and a colleague.
