Corporate Tax Manager in a top 10 Accountancy Practice based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent! We are working closely with our client to further expand their growing corporation tax team, which is looking for an assistant manager to provide both compliance and advisory services to their diverse portfolio of clients.
The firm is an expanding practice and is the UK's leading group in their expertise, fostering an inclusive environment with a focus on developing their people. The office is easily accessible via train from central London and offers free parking for those driving, conveniently located along the A26.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will manage your compliance portfolio, assist directors and partners, and work closely with juniors to maintain high standards. The role also offers opportunities for advisory projects and career progression. Responsibilities include:
* Undertake and review Company Tax Returns for your clients
* Handle advisory projects within your portfolio
* Assist with due diligence and transactional work
* Develop understanding of other taxation areas such as R&D tax credits, international tax, employment tax, and VAT
* Train junior staff members
* Ensure compliance with HMRC guidance and tax legislation
* Attend seminars and courses
* Collaborate across different teams within the firm
* Liaise with partners for portfolio management
Requirements
Candidates must be fully ACA/ACCA/CA or CTA qualified with significant corporate tax experience in practice or industry. Additional requirements include:
* Experience managing people and clients
* Strong technical skills for complex tax work
* Interest in understanding and growing the business
* Commercial awareness for business development
* Ability to add value to client and team profitability
