About the area College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools, including Heads of School, academic staff and research students. About the opportunity Support digital learning across multiple platforms in a collaborative university environment. Design and deliver training to enhance digital capability among academic and support staff. Contribute to education innovation and strategic teaching projects across UWA. About you You bring substantial experience in education support and learning technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and advise on policy and platform use. You have a talent for designing and delivering engaging training programs and developing self-help learning resources. You are known for your excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. You’re self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while contributing positively to a team environment. You have a strong understanding of learning management systems (such as LMS), and you’re committed to delivering a high standard of customer service in a higher education setting.
