ROLE: Construction Administrator
LOCATION: Sutton, Surrey
SALARY: Circa £30k - £35k DOE

This company based near Sutton, Surrey are looking to recruit a construction administrator to aid their busy office. This company has experienced organic growth year on year. The company operates in the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors, within M&E.
THE JOB
As Construction Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and successful completion of the companies administrative tasks. This role involves overseeing the administrative tasks, coordinating between different teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines. This would include answering the office phone and directing calls to the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day to day varied administrative support to the busy Projects Team
* Attend and minute meetings and team discussions
* Create and maintain client documents
* Create, populate and maintain detailed spreadsheets and tracking documents
* Maintain job folders and offer support in corrections
* Management of resource & labour allocation of engineers
* Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Produce CPP and collate O&M manuals
* Maintain the document register
* Answering the phones, redirecting calls and taking messages
