Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing teams with a variety of tasks aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and driving sales.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about marketing strategies, sales tactics, and digital media, and will work closely with team members to contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist in lead generation and prospecting through research, cold calls, and outreach.
Support the sales team by maintaining CRM data and preparing reports.
Help track sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in client meetings or calls to observe and assist in sales strategies.
Marketing Support: Assist in creating and scheduling content for digital marketing platforms (social media, blog, email campaigns).
Contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering.
Help manage and optimize online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media advertising).
Support the execution of events, webinars, or promotional activities (either online or in-person).
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Data and Analytics: Collect and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
Help prepare performance reports and insights to improve future campaigns.
Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize marketing strategies and sales processes.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the wider service teams to ensure alignment across sales and marketing efforts.
Provide general administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and digital tools.
Enthusiasm for learning and gaining experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team.
