This role seeks someone who can work for a professional business, closely with a high-net-worth individual and their multiple companies. This is an office-based position.
Location: Mayfair, London (5 days a week in the office). Close to Green Park station.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + company benefits
Job Description:
1. Preparing monthly management accounts
2. Producing cash and revenue reports on a monthly basis
3. Importing bank statements and matching balances
4. Reconciling bank transactions
5. Invoice processing in Xero
6. Managing cash flow for different entities
7. Processing monthly payroll and freelance payments
8. In charge of payment runs, VAT returns, and client refunds
9. Ensuring inter-company balances are checked
10. Payroll, ensuring staff are paid on time
Personal Skills and Attributes:
1. Ideally have used XERO
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Good at multitasking and prioritizing workload
4. Great team player, positive and 'can do' attitude
5. Maturity, trusted to deal with a lot of confidential information
