As a Branch Manager, you will take responsibility for the performance, management and overall success of our Newtownabbey Branch. You will lead and inspiring your team, ensuring they consistently deliver excellent service while meeting sales and operational targets. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the Newtownabbey branch, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff management and performance. Leading and inspiring the branch team to deliver on all sales metrics and KPIs, with ultimate accountability for delivery of branch operations, targets and KPIs - this beings with you leading by example, having strong personal sales and KPI delivery. Develop a high performing and winning branch team through regular coaching and 1:1s, delivering engaging and motivating team briefs supported by a strong rapport with the branch team. Support the Assistant Manager to operate as an effective Branch Leadership Team, deputising effectively. Making an impactful contribution and positively influence all areas of the business, driving rapport while demonstrating candour in all situations. Ensuring our pathway to reaching sales greatness is thriving. Owning the full customer journey and experience including high merchandising standards, being better than the competition and resolving customer issues. Aggressively trading the branch through commercial rotas, reviewing the sales performance by persons/range and implementing actions to maximise sales. Ownership of branch health and safety and ensuring all branch admin is completed on time. Embrace company culture and values while actively holding the team to the same standards. About You: Were seeking a passionate and experienced retail professional with the following skills and attributes: Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally at Store Manager level. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales (both branch and personal sales) and achieving business objectives. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
