Mentorn Media is looking for an Audience Researcher for ‘Question Time’ – the BBC’s flagship current affairs show.
You don’t necessarily have to have prior experience in TV. This could be an entry level role. However, you should have a good knowledge and interest in domestic politics and the issues that matter to people. You will be part of a small team, based in our Glasgow office, responsible for booking the weekly, live, diverse audiences that are representative of the UK.
A key part of the role will involve processing audience applications and completing background checks. You must be extremely organised, with meticulous attention to detail, able to remain calm under pressure and have good communication skills – in particular, the confidence to pick up the phone and talk to members of the public.
Starting at the beginning of January, initially for a 3-month contract but with a view to extend. Glasgow based.
