Role Overview
You will be providing day to day administrative support to the Residential Development Sales team. This is a busy team who specialises in providing clients with specialist knowledge and services for the consultancy, sales and marketing of new build property in Cambridgeshire. You will be responsible for supporting a team of 3, including 2 negotiators and the Head of Department. This role will also involve supporting the wider office as the Office Assistant and providing reception cover during lunch breaks, annual leave and sickness.
The successful candidate will be a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.
They will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, clients, and Savills’ colleagues. A self-motivated individual, they will also be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and initiative.
