Description Role overview As a Project Manager at Karian & Box, you will be a crucial part of our mission, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality research projects. You will be the linchpin between clients and our internal teams, responsible for nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring their employee experience projects are executed flawlessly. Your day-to-day will be a dynamic blend of client management, project oversight, and team collaboration, all while championing Ipsos' commitment to quality and innovation. This role can be based in York, London or Manchester. Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home. What will I be doing? Client Management: You will be the vital link between clients and our internal teams, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly. You'll manage a portfolio of our client accounts, overseeing project lifecycles, and guarantee high-quality deliverables. Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, building project plans and managing high level resourcing across our internal teams to ensure on time and within budget delivery. Budget Management : Accurately cost and scope projects, leveraging data from previous projects and other relevant sources. Project Ownership: You will take the reins of several projects, guiding them from the initial brainstorming session to the final report delivery. This includes developing meticulous project plans, managing timelines and resources effectively, and navigating any challenges that arise along the way. Financial Management: You will be responsible for the financial health of your projects, developing accurate budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability. What do I need to bring with me? Background : A solid track record as a Project Manager or equivalent role in employee experience or a related field. A strong understanding of employee research methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. You have demonstrated that you are eager to learn and have a strong desire to develop a career in project management Proven experience of proactive problem solving and a solutions-oriented mindset Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with clients and colleagues effectively. Proficient in project management tools and techniques. Good understanding of how AI and machine learning are being used in market research to enhance data analysis, automate tasks, and generate insights.
