Role Responsibilities: Support the teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities. Work with small groups or individual students to enhance their learning experience. Prepare teaching materials and resources to support effective learning. Provide additional assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN). Help foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience working with children is required; experience in education is an advantage but not necessary. A genuine enthusiasm for supporting students’ educational development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to the needs of the classroom.
