Do you have previous retail experience and a creative eye for visual merchandising? As Retail Sales Assistant at our Colliergate Shop, you will assist the Shop Manager/ Deputy Shop Manager in managing all shop activities so collectively you can maximise financial contribution for the Hospice. This will include: Customer service Stock management Pricing and ticketing Merchandising Our Retail Sales Assistants play a key role within the Hospice retail operation, contributing towards fundraising budgets and in order to fulfil this role, you will need: Excellent customer service Stamina Creative eye Excellent display skills and innovative ideas to boost shop takings Currently trading Monday to Saturday, the Colliergate shop would ideally suit someone with previous charity retail/ retail experience, however we are happy to consider candidates from any background within a customer facing organisation. This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7.
