The Executive Assistant will play a unique and crucial role at Croud. Working alongside the Chief of Staff and Global EA, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the logistics of the Executive team’s daily work; including scheduling, travel and making detailed notes. You will be a right-hand to the EMEA CEO, EMEA COO and Global CMO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Diary & Calendar Management: Oversee complex, proactive scheduling for internal and external meetings, coordinating across multiple time zones
* Travel Coordination: Arrange international travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, and transport logistics
* Inbox Management: Provide occasional management of emails, prioritising and responding to urgent matters on behalf of executives
* Expense Management: Submit and reconcile expenses and corporate credit card transactions
* Meeting Support: Attend key meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
* Event Planning: Coordinate internal and external events, including dinners, speaking engagements, and client-facing activities
* Cross-Departmental Communication: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Global Executive Assistant to ensure document distribution before meetings and smooth communication between departments
* Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to other teams as needed, ensuring smooth operations
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a high-pressure environment, ideally in the advertising agency sector
* Exceptional ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively resolve issues
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and communicate confidently with executives and stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
COMPANY BENEFITS
Croud operates a hybrid working model (minimum 3 days a week in the office), however this role typically requires 4 days per week in the London office to foster close collaboration with the team and manager. The remaining day(s) can be worked from home, though we encourage an office-first approach to maximise productivity and team engagement. While not mandatory, candidates should be comfortable with a flexible, in-office work environment.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
