We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Role Description:
* This is a part-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist.
* The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with recruitment, including hiring, interviewing, communication, training, and recruiting.
* The role involves working remotely and providing support to the team in finding and onboarding candidates.
* Specific experience working in the Republic of Ireland is essential.
Qualifications:
* Hiring and recruiting skills with specific knowledge of ROI recruitment.
* Interviewing and communication skills.
* Training and onboarding experience.
* Experience in the recruitment industry in ROI and NI, specifically recruiting overseas candidates.
* Knowledge of relevant employment policies and procedures.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work remotely and independently.
* Experience in international recruitment is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
