Role Description This is a part-time and potentially hybrid role for a Paraplanner at Bolland Wealth Management Associate Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management. The Paraplanner will be responsible for report writing, analysing data, creating illustrations, completing critical yield calculations as well as general administration tasks to include liasing with clients and providers. The role is located in Hinckley but can allow for some work from home should this be required/suitable Working hours and hourly rate: We require the sucessful candidate to work a minimum of 3 days per week with the option of overtime and addittional working days. Specific working days and hours can be flexible to suit both our business operations and the sucessful candidate. Salary/hourly rate listed below is dependant upon previous experience of the applicant. Key Responsibilities: Support financial planners with research, analysis, and preparing financial plans for clients. Assist with the creation of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax strategies, and insurance recommendations. Prepare reports, fact finds, and recommendations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update client records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial laws, tax policies, and investment products. Provide administrative support as needed and assist in client-facing communications when required. Experience using St. James's Place software and systems CII Level 4 Diploma in regulated financial planning Experience using cash flow modelling software is preferable.
