About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our growing team. You will provide essential administrative support to the People function, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day People operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to contribute to a people-centric organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
* Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring all compliance checks are completed.
* Provide support for employee relations issues and assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Assist with payroll preparation and the administration of employee benefits (pension, healthcare, etc.).
* Help with HR reporting, data analysis, and maintaining HRIS systems.
* Provide general administrative support to the People team, including performance management and employee engagement activities.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in an HR administration role or a similar position.
* Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.

* Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
