About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you will:
* Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement
targeted sales strategies to increase occupancy, enhance RGI, and maximize
revenue across group, corporate, and M&E (Meetings & Events)
business segments.
* Strategic Account
Management:
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on nurturing relationships,
identifying new business opportunities, and boosting customer
satisfaction.
* Lead and Inspire: Be a core leader in
our sales team, supporting the M&E office and Reservations team, and
creating an environment that motivates and energizes.
* Coordinate Commercial
Planning:
Produce and maintain an effective Commercial Plan for the hotel, aiming to
achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
* Collaborate
Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure sales
strategies align with broader business objectives.
* Market Insight: Stay on top of market
trends, competitor activity, and local developments to proactively seek
out growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in
Hospitality Sales:
Proven experience in a sales role within hospitality, with exposure to
resort sales or pre-opening preferred.
* Strategic Planning
Skills:
Ability to craft and implement a sales strategy that aligns with
commercial goals, budgets, and forecasts.
* Relationship-Builder: Exceptional ability to
build rapport with key clients and identify new business.
* Proactive and
Collaborative:
Works seamlessly with hotel leadership and the wider regional sales team
to drive a unified approach to growth.
* Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding
of local market dynamics, budget management, and revenue optimization.
