Youre willing to go the extra mile with your team to make a big difference to our residents lives. Your role Reporting to the Home Manager, youll lead a small team of lifestyle co-ordinators. Youll work closely with your team to create interesting, tailored activity plans for every resident. Youll take time to get to know residents and their relatives to find out which activities or hobbies they find stimulating. Youll also be responsible for organising outside trips for residents and involving the wider community in the home. Its a hugely varied role thats both challenging and rewarding.
