The Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll be crucial in connecting with top talent and meeting our clients' needs. You’ll handle both temporary and permanent placements, develop our staff, and build our brand. If you’re proactive, customer-focused, and an excellent communicator, we’d love to have you on board.
Our Bristol branch, which opened in 2023, is now busier than ever and we need someone to help build on this success. This role offers a clear, fully mapped-out path to becoming the Branch Manager, starting with gaining your REC qualifications and progressing through structured development and training within Aligra.
What we offer
* Basic salary between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
* First Year OTE of £35,000-£40,000+, with potential for higher earnings thereafter
