Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively research, identify, and secure new business opportunities.
2. Optimise cross-selling opportunities across the group's portfolio.
3. Produce budget designs and quotations in line with client requirements.
4. Collaborate with the design team to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
5. Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to drive business growth.
6. Ensure timely delivery of accurate quotations and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
7. Conduct site surveys and support teams in Kidderminster, Mansfield, Birmingham, and Nottingham, or London.
8. Maintain successful working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Proven track record as a Sales and Design Consultant within the industry.
2. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and British Standards, including BS5839, BS7273-4, and others.
3. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs and deliver cost-effective, profitable solutions.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
