Information & Role Requirements:
* Hybrid Working (3 days home / 2 days office).
* Inside IR35.
* 450 Per day.
* Preparation of Building Safety Cases.
* Liaison with Building Safety Regulator.
* Preparation of Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications.
* Liaison with internal council teams, contractors and consultants.
* A key member of the Building Safety Team.
