Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Breakfast and Prep Chef to join our team. You will be used to independent working. This is to support our Breakfast Chef, covering a minimum of 3 breakfast shifts per week with an additional 2 shifts.
We are an AA red-star hotel with a special award for our breakfast, so quality is of paramount importance. This position suits someone seeking fixed hours in the hospitality industry. Our hotel features 12 bedrooms, a 46-cover restaurant, an RHS partner garden with daily visitors, and a busy event trade space.
You will be expected to ensure the highest possible standards of food preparation, hygiene, and service are met.
Our kitchen is led by Head Chef Maggie. This is not a kitchen full of toxic masculinity, but an opportunity to work with a leader who has a passion for the kitchen and food origins and a desire to succeed.
