Main duties of the job Under the management of a People Business Partner, the post holder is responsible for providing professional support in the provision of a People Operations service within the Trust. The post holder will work to a People Business Partner and will operate around all business units and corporate services across the Trust.Focusing on a key area in one of 3 people services hubs: employee relations,attendance or projects, as directed by Senior People Business Partner.
