Key Role Responsibilities
* Support the Revenue Manager with administrative tasks to drive revenue growth.
* Manage annuity business, maintaining an 80% renewal rate with customers.
* Qualify customer requests to ensure accuracy in quotes and project details.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
* Proactively drive new business by prospecting and owning the onboarding process for new customers.
* Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts, networking to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions with team members to implement growth ideas.
* Understand industry trends and the company’s unique services through extensive training to develop a strong go-to-market approach.
