The Sales Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in implementing, and managing sales incentive programs that align with organizational goals and drive sales performance. The role involves data analysis, reporting, and maintaining compliance with compensation policies and practices. The Sales Compensation Analyst will report to the Director, Sales compensation. Day to day you will; Develop and implement strategies to reconcile and integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems. Analyze, compare, and align data from multiple sources to create unified and actionable Create and manage workflows, dashboards, and automation tools in the systems. Document workflows, processes, and system guidelines for internal reference. Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization Coordinate with data providers to validate source reliability and address inconsistencies during reconciliation efforts. Regularly review reconciliation processes to identify and implement enhancements for better data integrity and efficiency. Work autonomously and continuously seek to improve existing processes Analyze and make recommendations to resolve compensation-related issues Provide training and resources to sales teams to help them understand their compensation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance to policy. About you We are open to background and experience for this role. The most important attributes in a candidate would be a curious and learning mind-set with an ability to persevere and be resourceful. Previous work experience in a sales, business or communications would be advantageous as would some exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce, however it is not mandatory.
