Senior Commercial Manager
Salary: £75k plus car allowance and package
Location: Loughborough

As the Commercial Manager, your role will involve:
1. Working with established and trusted Retail customers where there is partnership and collaboration.
2. Charged with category development and growth with key customers.
3. Working closely with an experienced and highly regarded Commercial Director.
4. Focussed commercial team with long-standing relationships in the industry.
5. An environment to learn, develop, and engage with like-minded, upbeat, and ambitious individuals.
6. High profile account providing real visibility within the business.
7. Working closely with NPD - innovation is absolutely key to this business and a reason for their continued success.
8. Frequent customer meetings as well as working cross-functionally within the business.
9. Delivering and presenting business plans.
10. Involvement in NPD and commercial projects planned for the near future.

You will need the following experience in your background:
1. Experienced at Account or National Account Manager in the FMCG or food sector.
2. Skilled negotiator with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
3. Interest in food.
4. Strong understanding of the need to understand the category in detail with exceptional market awareness.
5. Commercially and financially astute, numerically adept.
6. FMCG or food industry background essential.
