Responsibilities:
1. To account manage, nurture, and develop new accounts.
2. Look after our existing customers, helping them stay on track and assisting with any issues.
3. Develop new accounts by leveraging existing customer relationships.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.
5. Negotiate and agree on commercial terms for orders.
6. Account manage existing customer sites and develop them to their full potential.
7. Pursue opportunities in Councils/organizations that are not currently customers.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction with products/services.
9. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Ability to manage a complex caseload and meet deadlines.
3. Persuasive and credible in a sales context.
4. Strong ICT skills.
5. Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
Work Hours: 37 hours

Requirements of the role:
1. To have responsibility for company order intake in a defined geographical territory.
2. To represent the Company appropriately at all times.
3. Full UK Driving Licence required.
