We’re looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Commercial Disputes team.

The Role
Based in our Commercial Disputes Department, as our Legal Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to a team of lawyers in our Cardiff office. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and somebody who is highly motivated with the ability to multi-task.
Key Requirements
* Preparing correspondence and legal documents
* Maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems
* File opening/closing
* Supporting and coordinating client billing
* Ensuring documentation is ready for court deadlines
* Managing emails, correspondence, calls and enquiries
* Photocopying and scanning documents
* Diary management, planning and organising meetings, travel and accommodation and lunches
What We’re Looking For
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritise a high-volume workload and work to deadlines
* Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
* A flexible ‘can do’ approach with the ability to work proactively, use own initiative and offer solutions
