The Role
We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our head office in Derby. Our Compliance team plays a central role in ensuring the company's operations remain compliant, supporting the wider business while maintaining our internal management systems and HSIEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality) policies. You will be part of an established, supportive team that will facilitate your professional development through dedicated training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage the processing and tracking of compliance documentation.
2. Audit certifications, right-to-work documentation, and insurance requirements for all candidates and operatives.
3. Oversee arrangements for medicals, drug & alcohol screenings, and health surveillance questionnaires in line with company policies.
4. Maintain accurate records on Safe Working Hours, competence, certifications, and medical fitness.
5. Act as Sentinel Coordinator, managing the Sentinel sponsorship process.
6. Distribute industry updates, including rulebook changes and new standards.
7. Coordinate training and assessments to ensure workforce compliance with industry standards.
8. Support AWR tracking and related processes.
9. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the wider business.
