HR and Payroll Administrator - Part time
Salary: Up to £22,500 per year + fantastic benefits, such as:

Hours: 30 hours per week. MUST be able to work Fridays.
Contract: This is a Fixed Term contract running until the end of the year.
Dynamite Recruitment is looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to assist a multinational company with their HR and payroll functions.
As an Administrator, your responsibilities will be:
* Processing and managing the monthly payroll for the business, including pensions, overtime, and other related adjustments.
* Manage payroll for new starters, leavers, promotions, and pay adjustments.
* Support HR Officer with HR-related admin tasks.
* Advising on employee relations issues.
* Submit statutory payroll returns.
Ideally, you will be/have:
* Strong experience in running Payroll for an organisation.
* Knowledge of current UK employment law.
* Well organised with a high attention to detail.
* Able to use Microsoft programmes and various IT systems.
* Experience with Zellis payroll would be advantageous.
