Job summary Miles Platting, Newton Heath & Moston PCN would like to recruit a cohort of Qualified and Trainee Nurse Associates to complement our current clinical workforce. These roles will be based within GP practices in the neighbourhood. Main duties of the job The role of the Nursing Associate will be to work with the Registered Nurse and other members of our diverse clinical team, providing and monitoring care to patients within the network and contributing to the ongoing assessment in line with the service pathways. The Nurse Associate plays a key role in shaping the delivery of nursing care for the future. We are looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work with us and help us to make sure this an integral role moving forward.
