The Estates & Facilities Support Team Administration Coordinator will manage and support the Estates & Facilities Support Team in completing a range of administrative duties including task management, purchasing, and invoice reconciliation.
Engagement with, and supporting, the Estates & Facilities Service leads is a key aspect of the role.
The postholder will provide leadership and direction to our Estates & Facilities Support Team and will oversee the day-to-day running of the Estates and Facilities Help Desk. The postholder will promote high levels of customer service for all stakeholders including Service Users, Trust staff, and Contractors.
The postholder is the line manager of the Estates & Facilities Support team, maintaining standards in line with Estates & Facilities and Trust Policies, including HR responsibilities, electronic staff records, achievement of performance targets, goals, and objectives.
