Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality surveying services to varied client portfolios
2. Lead on contract administration, dilapidations, and acquisition surveys
3. Address party wall matters with expertise
4. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
5. Contribute to the growth and innovation of the Building Surveying team
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor
1. MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
2. RICS-accredited degree (essential)
3. Experience in the public sector or construction-focused background
4. Comprehensive service line knowledge and attention to detail
5. Business-driven, proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills
