Join our client, a well-established construction company based in East Leeds, as a Permanent Sales Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives working in a fast paced customer focused position. Our client a growing organisation is seeking dedicated Sales Administrators to support with timely processing of Sales orders, whilst dealing with customer queries over the phone and email. Duties and experience will include: Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships throughout the order and delivery process Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately. Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Organise collections returns or replacements if required Ensure timely management of the email order inbox Previous experience is a similar role or merchants position would be desirable but not a must Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
