We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Part-Time Client Care Advisor.
Your New Role
In this role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service to clients through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, fostering strong relationships with pets and their owners. You will handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently, while managing the scheduling of vet and nurse appointments and coordinating surgeries. Key duties include accurate data entry, maintaining up-to-date client records, and ensuring clear communication to meet client needs. You'll also uphold professionalism and phone etiquette, assist in implementing new business processes, promote best practices in pet care, and manage payment processing and end-of-day cashing up.
Working Pattern:
This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week, these hours will be covered over three days with a variety of shifts between 8:00am-8:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am-4:30pm Saturdays.
