Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
Here is an overview of your shift patterns: 5 days out of 7.

* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
* Oversee and implement menu changes.
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services.
* Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
* Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
* Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
* Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
To succeed in this role, our ideal candidate will:
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
* Have experience supervising a team.
* Have experience in a similar Chef role.
* Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
* Have a flexible approach to working.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
