Operations Analyst / Site Service Engineer - Leicester and surrounding area.
In this role, you will be working alongside a team to ensure each site is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Duties will include:
1. Servicing, recommending changes, reporting and communicating treatment performance in line with the customer’s needs and policies.
2. Complete Legionella sampling
3. Identifying opportunities for upgrades - whether this is chemical dosing equipment (Chemfeed), training, analytical services or increased scope of supply.
4. Ensuring the service plan is defined and delivered
5. Finding, fixing or seeking solutions for any problems encountered.
6. Assisting with projects, from surveying to completion.
7. Engaging with safe chemical delivery & storage procedures.
8. Calibrating personal & onsite equipment and generating certificates.
9. Conducting routine maintenance of technology & equipment.
10. Operating dosing pumps and changing dosing rates based on test results
11. Independently diagnosing issues found onsite and escalating or rectifying as required.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will:
Come from either a chemical analysis or service engineer background
Have a Chemistry/Chemical Engineering background or equivalent scientific qualification.
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Be organised and have great communication & interpersonal skills
