Your Role
As an Accommodation Manager, you will make an important impact in our customer satisfaction by continuing to improve our accommodation standards. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the growth of our homestay community and the engagement of its existing members. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your communication, trouble-shooting, networking and entrepreneurial skills by building strong relationships with homestay hosts, international students, external suppliers and colleagues from around the world, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation.
* Manages a team of full time and part time homestay coordinators, recruiters and visitors.
* Supervises the team to ensure their targets are met, provides guidance to the team and makes sure that daily, weekly and quarterly deadlines are met.
* Ensures students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EF Gold Standards and in accordance with EF Bristol’s safeguarding policy for under 18’s.
* Ensures student queries regarding accommodation are handled and logged appropriately with regard for excellent customer service.
* Monitors student evaluation of accommodation and responds to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
* Liaises with finance department to ensure prompt and accurate payment to accommodation providers.
