You will be required to manage the front of house team and ensure excellent restaurant service from the whole team, Lead by example, creating a team effort and keeping training in all areas up to date. The restaurant manager must have the following skills/experience; Have worked within a restaurant manager role for a minimum of 3 years, with operational experience.
