Partner & Team Administrator
Based in their EC1 office
Either 4 or 5 days a week, 1 day WFH
Salary is c£37k FTE
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive admin support professional to assist our Private Client Tax partners & fee earners in a friendly, fast paced professional services firm. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of handling confidential information with discretion, ensuring the smooth functioning of the tax teams operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Support for Partners & Fee Earners: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to multiple team members, including managing calendars, onboarding clients, coordinating travel and meetings, and preparing documents.
* Document Management: Prepare, proofread, format, and distribute various documents such as proposals, reports, and correspondence, ensuring adherence to our standards. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
* Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison between clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships, assisting with client onboarding, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining up-to-date client records. Conduct background checks, draft engagement letters, and set up clients on relevant systems.
* Billing & Invoicing: Assist in the preparation of client invoices and billing processes.
* Additional Duties: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency, providing support to other teams as required.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in a similar role supporting multiple stakeholders.
* Ideally worked within Financial Services organization. .
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
* Highly organized with the ability to take initiative.
* Confident and enthusiastic demeanor.
* Demonstrated collaborative and participative approach, with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence individuals at all levels within the organization.
